● This vacuum mixer is three layers structure, with double jacket for heating/cooling function. Heating method includes electric or steam heating. Circulating tap water cooling.
● The material is in the homogenizer of the vacuum emulsifier through the Teflon scraper on the pot stirring frame (the scraper always caters to the inner wall of the pot, cleaning the wall of sticky material).
